I’ve had shoulder injuries in the past bad enough that I couldn’t even do a push-up. Needless to say I’m a bit timid going into a training program. With Dan’s program I was able to start pushing my upper body again with sound modifications available if I ever had a pain flair-up. Recently I’ve even been able to start hitting PRs again in the bench and I recently just hit a 315 pound bench press and am maybe the strongest I have ever been. Not bad for 37 years old. I can not thank Dan enough for getting me back into training and helping me get stronger.
